- Job description: Design and implement an integrated framework for the Firm-wide Risk Management Process. Consult the board and senior management to access the Company's risk appetite and risk tolerance. Build a risk aware culture within the organization. Collaborate with Business units to identify and document risks. Categorize and group risks. Estimate realizing probabilities and potential impact. Select and implement measures to eliminate or modify undesired risks. Create and maintain a risk register. Conduct stress-tests to assess the Company's sensitivity to extreme events. Prepare risk reports for the senior management and Board, including the annual Risk Management report. Monitor and review the Risk Management Process.
