- Job description: Manage the market-making and hedging engine of OANDA’s trading platform; supervize the hedging process of the market maker positions. Oversee the creation of pricing and setting of swap fees. Manage NOP (Net Open Position) levels at PBs. Research, collect market intelligence; analyze and communicate market information to all relevant stakeholders. Ensure adherence to regulatory and trading limits during execution. Actively manage the client portfolio and ensure highest level of service. Stay on top of ongoing and develop market and industry trends. Work with internal stakeholders to analyze customer activity, conduct post-trade analysis and tasks concerned with risk management. Manage working relationships with brokers, key customers, and other external stakeholders at all levels of the trading division. Mentor junior staff and act as an expert resource to the trading desk and the organisation in all market related matters.
