  • Job description: Review policies and procedures to ensure compliance with various regulatory and legal requirements. Ensure Compliance risks are appropriately identified and addressed. Advise business on compliance with cryptocurrency and retail foreign exchange rules and regulations. Approve firm marketing and advertising material, including website copy and FAQs. Oversight and manage customer complaint handling, including maintenance of internal complaint log. Maintain internal Issues log, and gifts and entertainments registers. Manage and administrate all employee regulated online e-training. Perform other Compliance-related responsibilities and ad-hoc projects as needed.
