  • Job description: Define, propose, and implement the company’s outsourcing policy. Manage the company’s outsourcing program. Develop and control outsourcing agreements either with other group companies or external vendors. Advise the business departments about compliance to legal regulations and obligations to avoid money laundering and other criminal offenses. Complete prior and in-depth analysis (risk assessment) for any contemplated outsourcing. Monitor, report and propose changes to outsourcing policy and procedures due to changes in the company’s obligations. Monitor, report and propose changes to increase on SLA performance of each outsource services provider. Conduct on-site audits of material outsourcing services providers. Work with the internal control functions on monitoring, identifying and remediating issues. Work with eToro Germany’s Data Protection Officer to fulfill obligations regarding protection of outsourced services providers’ data. Monitor, report and propose changes to eToro Germany’s own SLAs performance. Improve eToro Germany’s SLA performance. Draft and maintain eToro Germany’s SLA policy.
