  • Job description: Assess the adequacy and effectiveness of the policies, measures and procedures put in place, to ensure the Company’s compliance with its regulatory obligations; and to take action and address any deficiencies found. Ensure that the related Company has appropriate Policies and Procedures that are in line with Regulatory requirements. Execute Compliance oversight of all activities outsourced to other entities within the eToro group. Keep up to date with the current regulatory landscape as relevant to eToro Money, identify any changes, to consult on these with the regulators and to ensure the company can respond to these in a timely manner. Identify and ensure that, the relevant controls to prevent financial crime, money laundering and financing of terrorism are in place. Be responsible for the review of all Internal Suspicious Activity Reports on the Company’s customers, and where appropriate, reporting to the FIAU. Report to Management and to the Company’s Board on the effectiveness of compliance procedures, the provision and analysis of appropriate management Information, and regulatory updates relevant to the Company. Provide regulatory advice. Be the first point of contact for and communicate with the MFSA and the FIAU. Compliance oversight of financial promotions issued by the Company.
