- Job description: Work under the guidance of the risk leadership team to identify, measure and manage all risks faced by the CIF from a 2nd Line of Defense perspective. Assist in the preparation of all Regulatory Reporting requirements, such as Capital Adequacy and Liquidity Adequacy submissions and the ICARA report. Monitor the Company's risk profile daily, including capital and liquidity metrics. Perform stress tests and scenario analysis to evaluate the Company's resilience to adverse events and inform risk appetite and policy. Assist with the collection, investigation, control actions tracking and reporting of Operational risk events identified by business stakeholders. Prepare daily and monthly risk related MI reports for key management stakeholders. Challenge 1st LoD policies, systems and procedures with regards to risk management. Stay up-to-date and act upon regulatory change initiatives, published circulars relating to risk management and current and emerging risks that may impact the business.
