- Job description: Manage OANDA's trading platform's market-making and hedging engine; supervise hedging of market maker positions. Oversee pricing and swap fee creation. Manage Net Open Position (NOP) levels at Prime Brokers. Research, gather market intelligence, and analyze/communicate market information to stakeholders. Ensure adherence to regulatory and trading limits during execution. Actively manage Client portfolio and ensure excellent service. Stay updated on market and industry trends. Collaborate with internal teams to analyze customer activity, conduct post-trade analysis, and support risk management. Manage relationships with brokers, key Clients, and other trading division stakeholders. Mentor junior staff and serve as a market expert for the trading desk and organization.
