  • Job description: Ensure the ongoing compliance of the Company with its licensing conditions, as applicable. Monitor, assess and advise on the Company’s compliance with the regulatory requirements. Ensure compliance with all applicable statutory and regulatory reporting obligations. Act as the point of contact with the Regulator and other relevant authorities (e.g. FIU). Monitor the regulatory developments and update the Board. Provide compliance reports to the Board of Directors and the Regulator. Put in place adequate policies, procedures and controls designed to minimize the compliance risk. Evaluate and advise on the suitability of the internal controls in mitigating the compliance risk. Assist in the prompt and fair handling of complaints. Review and advise on the Company’s promotional, marketing and advertising activities and changes to the business and operational activities (e.g. services, products). Promptly submit reports on suspicious transactions, suspicious activity reports, or other types of reports in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations. Act as an internal point of contact to receive reports from employees in relation to suspicious reports. Address employees' questions and provide advice on compliance matters.
