- Job description: Lead the selection and execution of optimal FX solutions across currencies, ensuring profitability in a scalable and controlled environment. Build and manage strong relationships with external counterparties, including banking institutions and key market participants, to support Deel’s global financial operations. Provide best-in-class FX pricing and execution to Deel’s global dealing floor by leveraging multiple FX providers and instruments. Partner with product and engineering teams to build the FX trading module within Deel’s internal treasury system, including automated trading capabilities. Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure all FX transactions are accurately captured and reconciled through system integrations. Design, implement, and maintain global FX and hedging policies to support risk management and financial efficiency.
