- Job description: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of risk analysts and developers working on automated risk and monitoring solutions. Act as a subject-matter expert and escalation point for complex trading issues. Design, oversee, and continuously improve analytical models to identify abnormal trading behavior. Work closely with the Dealing department to align automated risk control processes with operational workflows. Lead the enhancement of risk policies, limits, and control frameworks.
