- Job description: Ensure that the operations comply with the legal and regulatory requirements under Cat4A license, Cat2A license, Custody of Pension Scheme Regulations, Group Policies, SQSFM, AML and MSFA. Act as the Compliance and Money Laundering Reporting Officer and perform all the activities inherent to such responsibility. Be responsible of the local Risk Management activities. Implement, maintain, control and update when needed Group policies, procedures with SQSFM, AML and any other guidelines. Be the contact with all regulatory authorities. Report to the SQSFM Senior Executive Officer and Group Head of Legal & Compliance.
