- Job description: When an incident appears, prioritize them, quickly determine its severity, its business impact and technical complexity; assess who will be involved and ensure all groups needed work on it. Maintain records of Incident Management processes and activities taken, seek improvement for future cases. Ensure IT teams have performed proper root cause analysis, documentation and the issue was actually resolved. Fully understand how IG’s dealing systems and backend process work. Be responsible of the IT Change Process and participate in the Change Advisory Board. Deliver problem management metrics and use them to continuously improve.
