Job description: Configure and give technical support to computer systems, network communication devices and peripherals. Install and configure operational systems, standard systems and applied software, and antivirus programs to the computers. Back up and recover system software and data. Monitor and manage systems resources, monitor for security threats. Keep a database of the status of software and hardware. Ensure and monitor the constant internet connection. Participate in the process of developing, testing and distributing software created by the IT department and in the creation of technical documentation. Maintain the access control and video surveillance systems.
