Works with the senior management in formulating, updating, and reviewing the Compliance Monitoring Scheme. Report key legal findings and undertake regular compliance reviews. Handle, examine and review clients’ complaints. Annually review the website. Create and ensure that all the appropriate data is included in the company’s outsourcing agreements. Monitor cases related to terrorist financing and money laundering. Prepare the Annual Money Laundering Compliance Officer Report. Provide information any time CySEC requests, and responds to queries and requests of the domestic regulator.
