- Job description: Report the performance, sales, and retention initiatives. Set the strategy and direction for the department, set team member’s sales and retention targets and ensure they are met. Help with the sales and retention staff recruitment. Carry out training and continuous development of the team. Identify and implement new systems and procedures to enhance the efficiency. Perform sales and retention meetings with the team to discuss strategies. Create working schedules for the department, communicate changes within the organization including new technologies, promotions, and client benefits.
