- Job description: Report to the Head of Compliance and Board of Directors making recommendations for the department. Monitor and assess the level of AML/CFT compliance risk of the company. Monitor and assess the implementation of the internal policies and procedures and their adequacy and effectiveness. Prepare training and educational material for the staff regarding the AML/CFT function. Prepare the AML Compliance Officer Report and submit the Monthly Prevention Statement to CySEC. Establish and implement the measures to identify, evaluate and report suspicious transactions. Monitor the Client account opening procedure.
