- Job description: Book JEs, invoices and bank payments in the system. Process all the company’s payments. Be responsible of maintaining, monitoring and recording the cash. Perform monthly reconciliations. Prepare and submit VAT returns. Maintain the Fixed Asset Register. Prepare the monthly financial information. Provide to the relevant authorities and auditors all reports and documents required. Improve the procedures and use of resources. Assist in reports and analysis. Execute and reconcile the payment of payroll.
