- Job description: Maintain the systems and controls function under the requirements of FCA. Be responsible of the management of day to day financial accounting, reporting and control. Act as the main point of contact for the firm’s auditors, and provide all the required information. Prepare and submit the tax returns. Coordinate the preparation and submission of regulatory reports to the FCA and other regulatory bodies. Coordinate the preparation of the annual budget. Lead the management of the firm’s costs and developing reporting and control. Provide financial support and analysis to the whole company. Being a member of the Risk Committee, work with the Group COO/Group General Manager on risk related projects. Oversee the development of the Finance and Operation team.
