  • Job description: Manage the employees transfer process from start to finish. Be responsible that all new hires/leavers are reported to payroll and the new hire paperwork comply with audit procedures. Manage, maintain and update all documentation. Draft employment contracts, offer letters and offer packs. Verify the right to work of new starters and manage the administration process around employee immigration issues. Manage payroll, employee benefits, promotion, compensation letters/statements and pay-slip portals. Audit personnel files and ensure they are stored. Produce all references and administer HR invoices to Finance. First line support for staff payroll and income tax queries. Manage the Business Visitors Process and HMRC reporting for the UK.
