- Job description: Provide support and rapid resolution to network/system/security problems. Be responsible of installing, maintaining, programming, testing and auditing networking infrastructure. Monitor the operational support systems to identify service impacting events. Deploy and configure the data center infrastructure. Apply operating system updates, patches, and configuration changes. Configure monitoring services for the infrastructure devices. Identify, resolve and escalate urgent issues. Keep technical data up to date (architecture, integration diagrams and documentation).
