- Job description: Provide support and resolution to network/system/security problems. Be responsible of installing, maintaining, programming, testing and auditing networking infrastructure. Monitor the operational support systems to identify service impacting events. Assist with the deployment and configuration of the data center infrastructure. Help to apply operating system updates, patches, and configuration changes. Configure monitoring services for the infrastructure devices. Identify, resolve and escalate urgent issues. Keep technical data up to date (architecture, integration diagrams and documentation).
