- Job description: Be the primary contact person for the prosecution and compliance authorities and respond to queries from them. Understand, maintain awareness of, support, provide advice and ensure compliance with both AML and compliance regulatory requirements and licenses. Draft and update compliance manuals, flow maps, control matrices, plans, policies and procedures. Co-ordinate with other FXCM Compliance Officers on issues related to cross-border transactions and investigations. Prepare reports and summaries to the Global Director of Compliance. Be updated about regulatory rule changes and developments, assess their impact and discuss with management to consider next steps. Perform Quarterly Risk Control Self-Assessment with Department & Country Heads. Review and monitor risks associated with outsourcing vendor.
