- Job description: Assist with regulatory enquiries from the FCA, EU regulatory authorities, UK and EU exchanges. Research and interpret existing and forthcoming Laws and Regulations. Assist with regulatory and legal projects, the Senior Managers and Certification Regime. Draft and assist with the implementation of policies, agreements, disclosures, account documentation and website materials. Write instructions for programmers and technology staff to respond to new regulations or the launch of new business lines. Assist IBUK Compliance with customer complaints, help to respond to the Financial Ombudsman Service.
