- Job description: Be the primary point of contact for all aspects of the product domain. Design, manage and launch new features that help to increase user engagement and competitive edge. Develop a product roadmap based on the company’s existing strategic plan and manage product milestones. Ensure all people across the company knows where the product is, and where it is going. Liaise with engineering, operation, compliance and customer service to identify new product needs and to build new features, make changes and improvements. Ensure that the product adheres to the highest standards. Create deliverables for all project lifecycle phases. Track and measure user engagement and analyze results. Leverage data to optimize critical flows and user paths.
