- Job description: Be responsible of reviewing, processing, validating, and tracking incoming and outgoing ACATS. Analyze current procedures and propose improvements. Participate in internal and external audits. Cooperate with Sales and Client Services to best service client’s transferring accounts. Communicate with Contra brokers, Banks and Mutual Companies to expedite account transfer requests. Assist with questions regarding submission of transfer request. Maintain detailed records and retention of all ACATS activities. Monitor the transferring of cost basis and update client accounts. Work on internal and external client transfers.
