Job description: Be responsible of the book-keeping and recording the company’s transactions. Be responsible of the payments related to expenses, taxes and the company’s creditors. Record and report the entities and transactions of the cash and bank accounts, prepare bank reconciliations. Maintain, monitor and record the cash. Liaise with other offices and accountants. Help to prepare the monthly management accounts. Organize the record keeping for the period required by the legislation and regulations enabling proper examination during ordinary and special control visits by the authorities.
