- Job description: Process new client applications using the company’s software. Ensure that all documentation received is checked thoroughly, validated, approved in line with the KYC and Due Diligence procedures and that all AML procedures are observed and enforced. Provide information to clients and prospective clients regarding the company, guide them on how to open an account and submit the required documentation. Answer any queries related to the Back-Office department. Check existing accounts to ensure they remain compliant with all the KYC and Due Diligence requirements. Process clients’ deposits and withdrawals. Identify potentially unusual, suspicious or fraudulent transactions; refer these to the Head of Department. Analyze, identify and communicate potential issues with payment system.
