- Job description: Be responsible of a product class, its life cycle process map and its operations' strategy. Review KPIs, quality, staff performance and costs. Provide updates and performance metrics. RCSA process for the product. Be responsible of process improvement identification through several methodologies. Train and educate to elicit high performance in processing the product. Develop, validate and update the per unit cost. Be the single point of contact within Operations for Business Development team projects for that product. Act as SME and Operations sign off for the project.
