- Job description: Play the role of Project Manager. Work with delivery team leads to translate project requirements into specific work items with clear acceptance criteria. Conduct Project Kick-off with the project team. Identify project roles and responsibilities, secure required project resource. Monitor progress against the project schedule. Ensure roadmaps, timelines, status reports, are kept up to date and communicated to delivery teams. Manage changes in project scope, identifying and communicating risks. Track and mitigate risks and issues throughout projects. Report on project progress and ensure key metrics are in place. Analyze project data to inform future business decisions. Conduct project retrospectives sessions, create recommendations, establish the ‘lessons learned’.
