- Job description: Engage in, and improve the whole lifecycle of Platform, from inception, through design and refinement. Engage with Development/Infrastructure teams before services go live to introduce standardized libraries, capacity planning and launch reviews. Ensure, once services are live, they have monitoring and alerting to validate overall system health. Discover Single-Point-Of-Failures within a System. Scale systems sustainably, push for changes that improve reliability and resiliency. Practice sustainable incident response and blameless postmortems. Be involved to investigate and technically coordinate critical issues with the trading platform.
