- Job description: Support the roll out of global CRM programs. Work with 3rd party email service provider, monitor and track all global sends, raise incidents and escalate any issues. See through to resolution. Provide updates. Ensure that communications are sent under compliance, according to best practice and company & brand guidelines. Run tests to ensure that programs and content are running and rendering OK. Ensure all URL’s are driving traffic to the right websites and pages. Analyze email campaigns, report back to London and other offices. Make recommendations for process improvements & better ways of working.
