  • Job description: Focused on the Chinese market, deliver service and support to customers through live chats, emails and phone calls; provide answers. Handle and resolve customer complaints, give information to them. Maintain a balance between company policy and customer benefit in decision making. Inform customer about internal regulations and procedures of the company. Forward issues or requests to the Head of Customer Support and/or the appropriate department. Educate the customer where applicable. Perform Back Office and Clients Accounting Department duties during night/evening shifts. Update customer records when necessary. Ensure all duties are done in line with the necessary KYC, AML, and Due diligence controls. Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
