- Job description: Build and maintain relationships with top tier clients. Manage inbound and outbound client communications to keep clients engaged. Manage the efficient and accurate execution of client trades and orders as needed. Manage the onboarding of identified high value of clients, leveraging segmentation model lead and other tools. Work with clients to resolve trade disputes and other account related activities. Identify opportunities to increase the value of top tier clients and to promote non-Private Client segments up into the high value tiers. Identify opportunities to improve services. Manage operational coordination with trading, risk, operations, marketing and compliance.
