- Job description: Initiate and develop procedures, policies and manuals in response to the requirements and changes set within the legislation. Evaluate, investigate and resolve issues identified as “not fully compliant with legislative requirements”. Identify potential areas of vulnerability and risk; assist to develop corrective plans and methods for improving and resolution of issues. Provide advice and guidance regarding the application of legislative requirements. Assist relevant departments regarding the responses provided to clients’ queries. Liaise with auditors, liaise with regulatory bodies.
