- Job description: Activate retail, corporate, institutional accounts within short SLA’s. Gather all relevant information and documentation to open new accounts following regulatory KYC requirements. Be the point of contact for all account opening queries. Ensure all accounts are set up in accordance with in house procedures and FCA Regulations. Set up and process changes to introducer details. Maintaining procedure manuals and other documentation. Provide general support to the Account Opening Team Lead.
