- Job description: Contribute to the annual marketing plans, in coordination with the CEO, Head of Marketing and Head of International Marketing. Support Head of Marketing with on-going multi-channel budget reporting and for the optimization of spend and ROI. Understand the consumer value proposition and the competitive landscape to strength the brand positioning, messaging, look and feel. Manage the process for all marketing campaigns and initiatives. Support Content Localization function in Krakow by reviewing, producing, localized content. Liaise with external media agencies, ensure media is purchased effectively. Manage the Sales & Marketing Media budgets/invoices.
