- Job description: Be responsible for the day to day operational running of the Display team. Be hands on planning, trafficking, and optimizing programmatic display campaigns. Have full ownership of campaigns Manage relationships with publishers, negotiate direct deals. Take a lead in seeking acquisition opportunities. Keep on top of events in the financial markets and up to date on activity in the Ad Tech industry. Keep track of 3 direct reports. Come up with new ideas, challenge the creative team, understand the business and finding new ways to grow it. Optimize towards business KPIs and understand the effect different attribution models have on performance.
