- Job description: Provide telephone trade execution for clients. Understand and respond to a wide range of client queries either by email or telephone. Investigate client disputes. Maintain the content within our online ‘Help’ section. Conduct audit checks to ensure that trades are executed at the correct levels, contact clients when markets are approaching their expiry. Operate the close out monitor and liquidate client positions when margin is due.
