- Job description: Work with the websites team to develop and maintain the company site, updated and fit. Be the owner of the investor CRM system, ensure it is updated and with relevant and insightful reporting on investor engagement and share register analysis. Work with the Head of IR and the finance team, to develop an understanding of sell-side analysts’ financial models, assumptions, and strengths and weaknesses. Develop relationships with sell-side analysts to promote IR best practice, access to key management and responsiveness in answering investor and analyst questions. Contribute to presentations, annual report, and investor material. Prepare investor briefing packs for management. Prepare the IR submission for the monthly Board report. Co-ordinate details of roadshows for senior management.
