Advise on operational tax developments, enable the development of IT solutions and business processes. Ensure changes in tax legislation are identified and communicated to finance and broader business stakeholders. Manage relationships with HMRC and overseas tax authorities. Lead and manage changes to Transfer Pricing position. Monitor compliance with operational tax requirements. Manage IFRS tax reporting at a Group and subsidiary level. Develop controls and processes supporting the Senior Accounting Officer regime.
