- Job description: Liaise with the sales teams, IBs and foreign offices to gather all relevant information and documentation to open new accounts adhering to regulatory KYC requirements. Support to Au, SG & Japan offices. Be the contact for all account setup queries. Perform administrative checks to ensure all accounts are set up in accordance with procedures and FCA Regulations. Set up and process changes to introducer details. Generate letters for new clients. Answer queries and assist with disputes. Maintain procedure manuals and other documentation.
