- Job description: Establish and implement a clear social media strategy with clear targets and measurable KPIs. Manage IG’s UK social media channels (excluding YouTube) and architecture. Drive the global development and delivery of social media content and campaigns. Provide regular reporting on social media performance. Monitor brand reputation on social media, sharing insights and advising on moderation. Work with stakeholders to integrate social into relevant strategic and operational activities. Ensure effective integration of paid and organic social activity. Champion social media within the business. Manage relationships with external suppliers, platform representatives and Nadex and DailyFX social media specialists.
