- Job description: Be responsible of the implementation and support adhering to Internal Regulations and procedures. Perform operating system level and other software installations, upgrades. Identify and advise in advance the CIO of trading platform related software upgrades and releases, system monitoring. Monitor system performance, availability, backup/restore and continuity of trading platforms, systems and software. Make supervised adjustments. Diagnose and effect repairs to problems involving the MT4 and Trading platform. Answer technical queries and troubleshoot reported problems. Be responsible for the proper and efficient development and filling of all documents related to the platform procedures.
