  • Job description: Conduct review of surveillance reporting to identify suspicious accounts and transactions, suspicious documentation and activity. Be responsible for managing CM/KYC/Treasury escalations. Conduct customer location reviews and training related to proper handle new accounts. Maintain and update customer and employee blacklist. Identify chargebacks received and take necessary action; produce metrics. Review AML transaction monitoring tools and reporting, to identify suspicious activity. Maintain and distribute AML Policies and Procedures. Coordinate bi-weekly AML meetings.
