- Job description: Plan and execute development work to further the needs of the Mobile Conversion Team. Participate in Agile development processes. Design, run and improve software that meets user needs. Ensure changes are aligned to the overarching technical vision and strategy of the system. Ensure high quality code is delivered in line with goals and delivery cycles. Identify and address technical debt as software evolves. Support and pair with other developers and architects. Utilize A/B and multi-variant tests to enable the team to learn from change.
