- Job description: Obtain a deep understanding of OANDA’s products and services. Develop a comprehensive training manual and tutorials for agents. Develop internal Salesforce knowledge base to provide. Develop and maintain detailed databases of appropriate reference materials. Develop organizational standards for creating and maintaining training and agent support documentation. Gather usability feedback from Agents, translate that feedback into the training documentation and tutorials developed.
