- Job description: Be responsible for executing assigned objectives. Accurately process all client cash transactions within a 24-hour period, ensure exceptions are addressed. Respond to all Salesforce cases related to client funding issues. Assist team members to resolve issues. Implement workflows and processes to increase productivity and effectiveness. Increase communication and collaboration between teams to ensure all client issues are resolved. Ensure that new employees are properly trained and developed. Be up to date on the product offerings of the company.
