- Job description: Identify current AML procedures, compare them against latest circulars and updates to the AML Law. Identify, investigate and report suspicious activities/transactions and escalate any potential material risk. Monitor accounts, investigate suspicious transactions. Monitor and review AML matters, expected legal developments and updates; communicate them to the Compliance manager, senior management and AML Director. Prepare an annual AML report, submit it to the board of directors. Develop internal control policies, guidelines and procedures for new/updated AML requirements. Evaluate needs for AML compliance and make recommendations.
