- Job description: Review and approve marketing materials and client communication and ensure they comply with global regulatory requirements. Review and assess compliance incidents and breaches, provide timely escalations to Management. Ensure good customer outcomes are achieved particularly where the interests of the Company conflict with those of customers. Attend all annual mandatory compliance/regulatory trainings. Prepare internal and external reports. Provide timely guidance and advice to business stakeholders.
