Job description: Perform careful and diligent risk management to meet the trading needs of client. As an analyst on the desk, you will have early exposure to the products, to quantitative and qualitative risk management philosophies, and to clients. Develop and maintain product-specific models and software related to algorithmic trading, quantitative risk management, historical data visualization and other signal-based trading strategies for clients and the trading desk. Provide actionable trade ideas, testing and implementing them under the careful mentorship of senior traders. Learn the difference and similarities between the fixed income products traded across the desks.
